In Manila, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn kickstarted the Business Dialogue on ASEAN's Digital Economy 2026. Held alongside the 58th ASEAN Economic Ministers' Meeting, this session drew policymakers, business leaders, and stakeholders to discuss regional connectivity and digital transformation.
These talks aim to drive inclusive and sustainable growth, promoting the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and supporting the Philippines' goals for systemic connections and shared prosperity. A high-level luncheon also explored partnerships for digital technology uptake, market access, and competitive growth throughout ASEAN.
