In south central Nevada, Northeastern Nye and Northwestern Nye. * WHEN...Through 5 am PDT. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep moisture from decaying Hurricane Rachel continues to move northward, impacting portions of east-central and eastern Nevada through roughly Monday. This significant moisture will interact with upper level low pressure to bring widespread showers with isolated thunderstorms to the watch area.
