HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... West Liberty, Henry, Lewis, Haleburg, Zag, Burkhart, Florress, Rexville, Lick Branch, Index, Bethanna, Pekin, Logville, Omer, Wonnie, Kernie, Sellars, Panama, White Oak, and Ezel. THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 57 and 69. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
