Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frequent wind gusts forecast around 30-35 mph will create dangerous conditions outdoors in the vulnerable areas amidst ongoing hurricane recovery efforts. Elsewhere, winds may result in large tree branches downed and localized power outages. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
